Before the so-called “Y2K Bug” made the computer users panic, a lot of businesses and companies were asking if getting an e-mail address for their company is worth it. Later on, a lot of businessmen were thinking if they should launch their own websites wherein they can post their portfolio, services, contact information and all the necessary details that they want their future clients to know. In the past years, it was proven that building a website for a certain business establishment to attract more customers that are not only limited to their target area. Reaching the overseas market was also possible.
Almost all businesses nowadays are building a section on their site called “Blog”. Usually, the companies post the news, promos, services, offers and all the updates their customers usually need. The updates are posted in chronological order and usually the updates are being posted at least once or twice a week.
There are some certain pro’s and con’s of corporate blogging and I will discuss about it on my upcoming entries.
